2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Booking Process: To reserve a spot at our surf camp, you must contact our manager via WhatsApp or complete the online booking form and provide a deposit as specified on our website.
2.2. Payment: Full payment is required on the first day of your arrival. We accept both cash and bank transfers to our official bank account. All prices are listed in Euro and are subject to change.
2.3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit can be transferred to another date within one year from the original payment date.

3. Accommodation and Services

3.1. Accommodation: Your accommodation details will be confirmed upon booking. We strive to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee specific room types unless confirmed by agreement with our manager.
3.2. Services Included: Our package includes everything described on our website. Any additional services not listed will incur extra charges.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1. Liability: [Your Surf Camp Name] is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
4.2. Insurance: We do not provide insurance. It is highly recommended that guests obtain their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

5. Additional Rules and Information

5.1. Check-In Time: Check-in is at 16:00. However, if you arrive earlier, you are welcome to drop off your bags at the camp.
5.2. Check-Out: Please check out on your designated departure date. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us in advance. Extension is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
5.3. Transfers: We offer airport transfers only on your check-in and check-out dates. For drop-offs or pick-ups around the area, please let us know, and we will be happy to arrange them for you.
5.4. Drinks: We do not provide alcohol or arrange free transfers to liquor stores in Agadir. However, you are welcome to enjoy drinks at the villa. We can help arrange a paid taxi for your convenience.
5.5. Food: To ensure smooth operation, please do not take food from the fridge or kitchen outside of meal times. We serve three meals a day. If you desire additional snacks, they can be purchased in the village.
5.6. Safety First: For your safety, if you are under the influence of substances or if your mental state changes, we may exclude you from surf sessions without a refund.
5.7. Board Care: Surf Villa instructors will handle the selection and changing of surfboards based on weather conditions, surf spots, and your surfing skills as assessed by them.
5.8. Post-Lesson: After your surfing session, please ensure your surfboard is kept salty and not sandy.
5.9. Respect Our Home: Our villa is treated like our home, and we ask you to respect it as such. Any damages to the property may result in additional charges.

6. Flexibility and Additional Services

6.1. Flexibility: We may adjust or change surf lessons and excursions based on weather conditions, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences and our program.
6.2. Substance Policy: If you are under the influence of substances or if your mental state changes, you may be excluded from excursions without a refund.
6.3. Extras: Any additional activities or trips not included in the fixed program will be at your own cost. We are happy to assist in arranging paid transfers or services.
